A quick appetizer or snack!
BREADSTICKS WITH GOAT CHEESE AND PROSCIUTTO
4 ounces goat cheese (softened)
2 teaspoons thyme leaves (chopped)
1 lemon (zested)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package store-bought cocktail breadstick
12-15 pieces thinly sliced prosciutto
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Combine goat cheese, thyme leaves, lemon, red pepper flakes, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Smear goat cheese on the slices of prosciutto then wrap around the breadstick. Repeat.
Tip: Arrange the breadsticks in a flower vase for the perfect party appetizer and centerpiece.
