Carla Hall Confetti Blondies

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup rainbow colored sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×9 cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the dry cake mix to a large mixing bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl. whisk together the egg, oil, and milk.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mix until just combined.
Fold in the sprinkles and then pour into the prepared cake pan.
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
Tips: Use your favorite flavor cake mix!
