COCKTAIL SAUCE
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup tomato puree
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 lime (juiced)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
CRAB SALAD
3/4 pound jumbo lump crab meat (picked through for shells)
1 lemon (zested)
3 tablespoons parsley leaves (chopped)
3 tablespoons chives (chopped)
1/4 cup olive oil
lemon wedges (to garnish)
celery sticks (to serve)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
ROMAINE SALAD
1 1/2 cups romaine (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup celery leaves

directions
For the Cocktail Sauce: In a medium bowl add the tomato juice, tomato puree, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide cocktail sauce between ice cube trays and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
For the Crab Salad: In a large bowl add the crab meat, lemon zest, parsley, chives and olive oil and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
For the Romaine Salad: In a large bowl add the romaine, chives, parsley and celery leaves and toss to combine.
To Assemble: Place two ice cubes in the bottom of 4 12 ounce mason jars. Divide evenly with crab salad and top with romaine salad. Pack for the beach or a picnic. Once the ice has melted, shake the mason jar and serve. Serve with lemon wedges and celery sticks.
Tip: For an easy bloody Mary, pour a shot of vodka over the ice cubes and let ice cubes melt!
