These delicious cupcakes are a delight for any occasion!
12 store-bought chocolate cupcakes or chocolate cake mix
1 recipe peanut butter frosting
12 peanut butter-filled pretzel
1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups sweetened coconut
Cool cupcakes completely after baking. Spread with peanut butter frosting. To make the head, dip peanut butter-filled pretzels into melted chocolate. Remove to a piece of parchment paper and place two eyes. Allow to dry. Place pretzel head on the edge of one side of the cupcake.
Place mini marshmallows onto the rest of the cupcake, standing upwards. Fill in any gaps between the marshmallows with sweetened coconut.
Tip: Use a chocolate truffle cut in half for the head if you can’t find peanut butter-filled pretzels.
