A delicious dip for any time of day!
CHOCOLATE COFFEE DESSERT DIP
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon brewed espresso (room temperature)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (to garnish)
graham crackers (to serve)
ladyfingers (to serve)
pretzels (to serve)
In a large bowl, add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and espresso. Mix until smooth. Remove to a bowl, fold in the chocolate chips and dust cocoa powder over the top. Serve with graham crackers, ladyfingers and pretzels.
Tip: Serve in ramekins for individual desserts!
