Making delicious sorbet with your Vitamix is a fast & easy treat for the summer!
BERRY TROPICAL SORBET
2 (13.5 ounce) cans unsweetened coconut milk (divided)
2 cups frozen mango
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/4 cup orange juice
fresh chopped strawberries to garnish
Pour 1 can of coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze.
To the container of a Vitamix, add the frozen coconut milk cubes, frozen fruit, strawberry preserves, orange juice and coconut milk.
Serve sorbet with chopped strawberries. Alternatively, serve with Carla’s Strawberry Mango Salsa.
