Perfect for a party!

ingredients
GARLIC BREAD SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
1 spinach artichoke dip such as (http://abc.go.com/shows/the-chew/recipes/spinach-artichoke-dip-clinton-kelly) or store bought
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound store bought pizza dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 cup parsley leaves (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (peeled, minced)
1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano (finely grated)
Kosher salt (to taste)

directions
Preheat oven to 400ยบ F. Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with olive oil.
Divide the pizza dough into 12 (1 1/3-ounce) balls of dough. Transfer the balls into the prepared cast iron skillet in a ring around the edges.
In a small bowl combine melted butter, parsley and garlic. Season with salt.
Remove the plastic wrap from the dough and add the spinach dip mixture to the center of the pan. Sprinkle parmigiano-reggiano over the top of the dip. Brush the dough balls with garlic butter mixture.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining garlic butter. Let cool slightly before serving.
Tip: Substitute your favorite dip for a perfect party appetizer!
