Calling all pizza lovers! Try this fun and delicious recipe!
HOMEMADE FRENCH BREAD PESTO & PEPPERONI PIZZA
1 loaf French bread (cut in half lengthwise)
6 tablespoons store-bought basil pesto (divided)
1 cup pizza blend shredded cheese (divided, blend of mozzarella, smoked provolone, romano, and parmesan)
15-20 slices pepperoni (divided)
6 tablespoons Italian-style cheese blend (divided)
6 tablespoons parmesan and romano cheese blend (grated, divided)
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place bread halves on the baking sheet, cut side up.
Spread basil pesto over both halves of bread. Sprinkle both sides with pizza blend shredded cheese, then top with pepperoni.
Sprinkle Italian Style 4 Cheese Blend, parmesan and romano cheese over pepperoni. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and bread is toasted. Finish under the broiler until the cheese is golden brown on top, about 1-2 minutes.
