This easy cheesy dip is the perfect dish to snack on!
MIDWESTERN CHEESE DIP
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1/4 pound corned beef (thinly sliced and finely chopped, about 1 cup)
1/2 cup scallions (finely sliced)
1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained)
flaky butter crackers (to serve)
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, corned beef, scallions and sauerkraut and mix to combine. Lightly season with salt and pepper and mix. Place in a baking dish and put in the oven to bake until cheese has melted and is slightly golden on top, about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve with flaky butter crackers.
