Michael’s Pub Burger is out of this world!

ingredients
PUB BURGER
8 ounces ground sirloin
8 ounces ground short ribs
8 ounces ground brisket
1/4 cup olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
4 brioche buns (toasted)
TOPPINGS BAR:
American cheese slices
Cooked bacon slices
green lettuce
sliced tomatoes
sliced red onion
dill pickle chips
blue cheese (crumbled)
ketchup
stadium mustard
hot sauce
griddled sliced onions
griddled sliced mushrooms

directions
Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat. Grease griddle with olive oil. Form the meat into 4 patties about 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches thick. Place the burgers onto the griddle and cook for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until medium rare. Place the cheese on during the last minute of cooking and allow to melt. Serve on a brioche bun with desired toppings.
Tip: Perfect for throwing a party! Add your favorite toppings to your burger bar.
