These Roasted Almonds with Rosemary are the perfect snack!
ROASTED ALMONDS WITH ROSEMARY
3 cups whole blanched almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons fine sea salt
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, add the almonds, olive oil, rosemary, and sea salt and toss to combine. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Place in the oven to roast for 5 minutes. Stir and continue roasting for another 10 minutes. Cool before serving.
Tip: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Try using your favorite herbs with these roasted almonds.
