You really can’t get much better than this!

ingredients
SMASHED BURGER
8 ounces ground sirloin
8 ounces ground short ribs
8 ounces ground brisket
1/4 cup olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
4 potato buns (toasted)
TOPPINGS BAR:
American cheese slices
cooked bacon slices
green lettuce
sliced tomatoes
sliced red onion
dill pickle chips
ketchup
stadium mustard
hot sauce
griddled sliced onions
griddled sliced mushrooms
blue cheese (crumbled)

directions
Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat and grease with olive oil. Form the meat into 4 balls. Place on the griddle and smash until about 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick. Allow to cook until browned and slightly crispy on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Top with cheese during the last minute of cooking and allow to melt. Remove to a potato bun and top with desired toppings.
Tip: Perfect for throwing a party! Add your favorite toppings to your burger bar.
