Carla makes a quick and easy hors d’oeuvre!
SMOKED SALMON ON BAGEL CHIPS
8 ounces hot-smoked salmon (chopped)
1 tablespoon capers (drained, chopped)
1/2 lemon (zested, juiced)
2 tablespoons fresh horseradish (grated on a microplane)
1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
1 teaspoon tarragon (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
bagel chips (to serve)
In a large bowl, add the smoked salmon, capers, lemon zest and juice, horseradish, chives, tarragon, and olive oil and stir to combine. Spread on the bagel chips to serve.
