A tasty app you could make in 60 seconds!

ingredients
STRAWBERRY MOZZARELLA CROSTINI
1 baguette (1/2- inch thick slices on a bias)
3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
1 ball fresh mozzarella (thinly sliced)
12 ripe strawberries (hulled and thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons high quality balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil. Place on the grill. Grill for 3 minutes per side. Remove to a platter. Place the mozzarella on each piece of crostini, brush with additional olive oil and shingle the strawberry slices on top Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Tip: The perfect appetizer or dessert for a party! Try adding grilled fruit, like peaches or plums, to the top of the crostini for a different flavor!
