Chocolate Smoothie with no sugar? You got that right!!
THE ZERO SUGAR CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
1/4 ripe avocado (peeled, pitted and quartered)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based protein powder (with no artificial sweetener)
6 ice cubes
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
water to blend (optional)
In the carafe of a blender add the banana, avocado, coconut milk, protein powder, ice cubes and cocoa powder and blend until smooth. Add water if necessary to blend. Serve.
